In the event of inclement weather and KCSD must close or delay, an updated schedule will be posted.

Transportation
The following transportation schedule will be in effect for Kingston High School: Tuesday, January 22 through Thursday, January 23, 2025:
- Students with an AM exam will have regular pick-up and arrival times.
- If your student only has a PM exam and will be using the bus, students will be picked up four-hours delay from their traditional pick-up time. (For example, if morning pick up is usually 6:15 AM, the student will be picked up at 10:15 AM. They will arrive to KHS by 11:25 for their PM exam.)
- AM exam students will depart at 11:30 for dismissal.
- Late buses will only run at 3:30 P.M. Friday, January 24, 2025:
- Students with an AM exam will have regular pick-up and arrival times.
- Students will depart at 11:30 for dismissal.
- There is no PM transportation, as there is no afternoon testing.
If KCSD has a TWO-HOUR DELAY:
- Morning examinations will start at 10 AM.
- Afternoon examinations will start at 12:00 PM.
- A notification will be texted, shared on Facebook, and posted on the district website.
If KCSD is CLOSED:
- No examinations will be given.
- KHS will reach out to NYS for permission to give an alternate Regents exam date/time.
There will be NO P-Tech or BOCES classes during Regent’s week, including Phoenix and Career-Tech. PTECH and CTECH students who need to take a Regent’s exam at BOCES will be provided with transportation. The bus will leave KHS at 7:45 AM.
ALL MIDDLE AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS WILL OPERATE ON THEIR REGULAR SCHEDULES.
